The sequel to indie game studio Cellar Vault Games’ award-winning debut Paper Ghost Stories: 7pm is right around the corner. Published by Chorus Worldwide, Paper Ghost Stories: Third Eye Open is their first full length game. “The results are extraordinary, hugely expanding on 7PM in ambition and scope and delivering a moving family drama told in an authentically unique Southeast Asian style,” says Shintaro Kanaoya, CEO of Chorus Worldwide.

Our story follows a young girl named Ting who’s able to see ghosts, and her friend Xiu, who is a ghost. As Ting, players will have to choose who to help and face the consequences of their decisions. You can’t help everyone, not when the living and dead have conflicting desires. We can expect his narrative-driven visual novel to offer players compelling conversations between characters, puzzles and stealth, and a story sure to captivate us all.
Paper Ghost Stories: Third Eye Open is available on PC, Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch. It will be released on September 5th.
