RuneScape’s Fort Forinthry Continues in Ode of the Devourer

Are you ready to join forces with some unlikely allies to face off against a deadly curse? Good, because RuneScape’s brand-new story quest Ode of the Devourer is here. Steeped in lore and necromantic charm, players will delve deep into the Sanctum of Rebirth at the behest of Icthlarian, and face off against terrifying new foes in the next installment of the RuneScape Fort Forinthry quest series.

Additionally, players will earn lucrative rewards, as curing Amascut’s curse grants players four 50k XP Lamps for a well earnt skill boos. This will no doubt come in handy for The Gate of Elidinis

Players will need to complete this quest to unlock the aforementioned Gate of Elidinis, a Skilling boss coming September 23rd for RuneScape members. Once a device that connected the Underworld with the overworld, the Gate of Elidinis has been corrupted by Amascut. If left alone, it will pose a threat to all of Gielinor. Those dedicated enough to earn all unique rewards from this encounter will complete the A Chip Off The Old Block achievement, unlocking the title ‘the Moonlit’.

RuneScape’s ‘Ode of the Devourer’ is available to all players who have completed the ‘Requiem for a Dragon’ and ‘Soul Searching’ quests.
