Fans of the legendary Delta Force franchise can rejoice with the release of April’s massive update! Delta Force: Season 4 and the global mobile launch are going live on Monday, April 21. The developers, Team Jade, dropped the details of what we can expect in the new season in a livestream on their Twitch channel over the weekend, which you can view on their YouTube Channel, or here.
For those who don’t know, Delta Force has made its triumphant return as a free-to-play, team-based tactical shooter, offering three distinct ways to fight: the adrenaline-fueled 32v32 Warfare mode that transforms battlefields into all-out combined arms conflicts; the tense, high-stakes Operations mode that blends extraction shooter mechanics with challenging PvE Raid missions; and a ground-up remake of the iconic Black Hawk Down campaign that brings this legendary military story to a new generation of players.

April Update & Mobile Launch
April 21 marks a watershed moment as Delta Force deploys its massive Season 4 update. Players new and old will be introduced to Operator Elio de Montbel (codenamed Nox) – a stealth specialist whose crowd control abilities will redefine squad tactics. PC players also gain exclusive access to Operation Blackout. Night combat comes to Zero Dam and Trench Lines – complete with night vision gear and new moonlit tactics. Your arsenal also expands with devastating flamethrower gadgets, specialty weapons, and new vehicles. Meanwhile, quality-of-life upgrades like the new kill cam and enhanced soundscapes deliver unprecedented battlefield awareness.
With the Android/iOS launch coinciding with this update, Delta Force achieves true cross-platform play between mobile and PC. The game has already hit the 20-million mobile pre-registration milestone. This means the community can expect even more rewards for all players to enjoy!
A Commitment to Community
One of the most frequent criticisms of Delta Force has been rampant cheating and game-breaking by unscrupulous players, which the developers have taken strong actions to fix. Team Jade enforces a zero-tolerance policy against cheating, with their G.T.I. security team deploying new advanced detection tools. In a recent penalty report (April 7–13), 1,447 players received bans (up to 10 years), including DMA hardware bans and real-time intervention against cheat attempts. Players are encouraged to report misconduct to maintain a fair environment.
As Delta Force evolves, you can expect more bi-weekly patches, anti-cheat refinements, and cross-platform expansions. Team Jade will be sharing these through their dedicated Discord chat on the game’s official server, along with brand new footage of the game running in the dev kit!
