The wait is almost over for the vibrant, fast-paced, physics-driven thrill of Galactic Glitch. After a year of working on expansions and improvements during Early Access, developer Crunchy Leaf Games is releasing their roguelike shooter on Steam on June 3.

Wield Physics, Control Battlefields, and Conquer the Stars

In Galactic Glitch, you explore a starfield full of bubbles of strange, glitched Spacetime. These bubbles create a unique battlefield for you to face your foes. Use your gravity gun to catch debris, asteroids, and even missiles and turn them on your enemies. You can even use the battlefield to your advantage, hurling missiles at the walls to bounce them back toward enemies. Whether you’re tearing through enemy armor directly or setting up devastating blows through clever physics, every level brings exciting combat and high-stakes bosses for you to face off against.

This 2D, twin-stick shooter takes you into the depths of the galaxy, with exciting powers, rare loot, and new challenges awaiting you in every run. Your physics-defying gravity gun is only the beginning. The game features over 100 powers and weapons, over 70 enemy types, and a newly refined difficulty progression, letting players go further and face greater challenges than ever before.

10 Years of Hard Work, Endless Hours of Fun

Galactic Glitch is the result of 10 years of hard work and a year of community-driven development from Early Access. Version 1.0 adds new levels, bosses, and challenges as well as thrilling new powers and mechanics, such as Glitch Bombs and Glitch Tokens. The new Boss Orb system also delivers smoother game progression, while the New Game+ system means there’s always something new to try.

Galactic Glitch Launch Supports Relief Efforts in Ukraine

About half of the team working on Galactic Glitch is Ukrainian, and many have worked hard to complete the game in the face of forced relocation and other hardships of war. Crunchy Leaf Games is honoring their resilience by donating a portion of the game’s launch profits to humanitarian relief efforts in Ukraine

Galactic Glitch launches on Steam June 3 for $14.99 USD/EUR. There will be a 25% discount from June 3 to 17 to celebrate the game’s launch.
