Indie studio Onewayticket Studio just released the cinematic trailer for their upcoming hardcore zombie shooter The Midnight Walkers. Described as a blend of Dying Light and Hunt:Showdown, the game throws players into the zombie-infested mega-complex of Liberty Grand Center, where survival hinges on scavenging, fighting, and escaping before time runs out. 

The trailer showcases the game’s grim atmosphere, featuring hordes of zombies ranging from slow-moving Walkers to terrifying mutated variants like Acid-Spitters and Smashers. Gear up with an arsenal of melee and ranged weapons to navigate the perilous ruins of shopping malls, hospitals, and even casinos.

The stakes are high: dying out there, whether to zombies, rival players, or the encroaching gas, means losing everything. 

The Midnight Walkers is scheduled for early access release on PC in Q4 of 2025. A console release planned for some time in 2026, promises an intense zombie survival game with a refreshing player-first design. Will you survive the midnight hour?
