Here’s Every Game Shown Off During Day of the Devs 2025

Day of the Devs 2025 is here, and we’re going to be taking a look at each game featured during Day of the Devs this year. Day of the Devs also has its own Steam page, which makes wishlisting the games in this article incredibly easy.

Lucid Falls

Developed and published by Eldamar Studio, Lucid Falls sees the player trapped inside a lucid dream. They’ll need to fight against nightmarish creatures and solve challenging puzzles if they have any hope of escape. Luckily, being trapped inside a lucid dream means they can control their dream somewhat. Players can alter the world around such as changing gravity, space, and time.

UN:Me

UN:Me is an upcoming Japanese horror game that’s being developed by Historia Inc. and being published by Shueisha Games. In UN:Me, players will take control of a girl who has four different human souls inside of her. Each soul has its own trauma it wants to deal with, and it’s your job to help them deal with that trauma, all while trying to help the girl get free of the labyrinth she finds herself in.

CorgiSpace

From the developer Adam Atomic and publisher Finji comes Corgi Space, which includes over a dozen games. These games include Kuiper Cargo, Cave of Cards, Mole Mole, Dino Sort, and many more! AFAIK, no actual corgis are featured in the games, but one of them lets you play as a Pug! Besides being a Pug, you can also break out of jail, stab Nazis (which is always fun), and farm for mushrooms.

CorgiSpace is out now on Steam and Itch.io and costs $4.99.


Frog Sqwad

Panic Stations, a new development studio staffed by Fall Guys veterans, has debuted its first game, Frog Sqwad, which will be published by Skeleton Crew Studios. In Frog Sqwad, you’ll want to use your sticky tongue to eat food before being eaten yourself. You and seven other friends can team up for some slapstick fun as you swing from pipes, solve puzzles, and eat to grow bigger. Each run earns you gold, which can be used to unlock new toys and gadgets to aid you on future missions. Make sure you get the Swamp King enough food, or else your frog might be on the menu instead.

Frog Sqwad is planned to release in 2026 and can be wishlisted on Steam. You can also sign up for Frog Sqwad’s playtest via Steam as well.


Scramble Knights Royale

Scramble Knights Royale was another game shown off at Day of the Devs this year, with Funktronic Labs being both the developer and publisher of the game. In Scramble Knights Royale, you’ll explore an archipelago while also solving puzzles, fighting in dungeons, and getting loot! Looting/purchasing weapons and armor will increase your character’s strengths, and you can upgrade your gear at a blacksmith. Being smart about your weapon, armor, and accessory choices can lead to some pretty powerful builds.

Scramble Knights Royale can be wishlisted on both Steam and the Microsoft Store.


Virtue and a Sledgehammer

If you’ve ever wanted to destroy stuff with a sledgehammer, then Virtue and a Sledgehammer is right up your alley! Selkie Harbour, along with Desonctructeam are co-developing the game with Devolver Digital acting as the publisher. In Virtue and a Sledgehammer, you’ll head back to your hometown and help destroy it along with the android neighbors that now inhabit it. Instead of your character getting therapy, they’ll instead smash away their problems.

Virtue and a Sledgehammer can be added to your wishlist on Steam now.


Astromine

The next game from developer Alientrap is the co-op voxel game Astromine in which they’ll also be publishing it too. As evidenced by the name, Astromine is about blowing things up, and every procedurally generated planet in the game can be blown up. Each planet has its own terrain and resources that can be collected. You’ll need to strip planets to survive and expand, and eventually, take on rival robot factions for control. Astromine is set to be released in 2026 and can be wishlisted on Steam now.

You can also sign up for future Astromine playtests on Steam.


Awaysis

The next game in our Day of the Devs round-up is Awaysis from developer 17-BIT and publisher Cult Games. Your goal in Awaysis is to save the world, but to do so, you’ll need to make friends and master the game’s physics combat system. You can explore the world in single-player or recruit up to three friends for some online or couch co-op world-saving action! Composer Hip Tanaka (Metroid, Earthbound) has also crafted a magical soundtrack for the game. While there’s no set release date,

Awaysis can be wishlisted on the Microsoft Store, the PlayStation Store, and Steam. You can also sign up for future playtest opportunities via Steam.


Beastro

Next up from developer Timberline Studio and publisher Kepler Interactive is Beastro, a game where you’ll need to cook to save the world. In Beastro, you’ll assume the role of the young chef Panko, who runs their own restaurant after their mentor goes missing. Not only will Panko need to grow vegetables and take care of livestock, but they’ll need to keep the protectors of the villages fed too.

Beastro is planned to be released in 2026 and can be wishlisted on both Steam and the Microsoft Store. Beastro has a playable demo on Steam.


Big Hops

The second frog game in the Day of the Devs showcase isBig Hops from Luckshot Games. In Big Hops, you control the young frog Hop who gets kidnapped by a spirit named DIss. Hop will need to use his tongue as well as the veggie he finds to help him solve puzzles, reach new heights, and get himself home. Hop will hop across three different worlds in an effort to get home.

Big Hops is scheduled to be released on January 12, 2026, on Steam and can be wishlisted now. You can also download and play the demo on Steam.


Demon Tides

Demon Tides is an upcoming 3D platformer from the developers over at Fabraz. In Demon Tides, you’ll need to race across oceans and navigate the open seas to uncover dark secrets. Beating challenges and finding treasure chests will give you talismans that will allow you to switch up and upgrade your powers and abilities. You can also complete speedrunning challenges against the ghosts of other players or leave fun messages for others to find.

Demon Tides is set to release on February 19, 2026. You can wishlist and download the demo now on Steam.

Dogpile

Dogpile isn’t being worked on just by one or two studios, but by three! Studio Folly, Toot Games, and Foot, along with the publisher Wings, have helped bring this game to life. Dogpile is a roguelike deck builder where you can merge dogs to get even bigger dogs! You can then play that big dog in a deck of cards to earn money and get unique traits and skills for them. Refining your deck, creating bigger dogs, and getting cash is the goal!

Dogpile is available now on Steam and is 30% off ($6.99) until December 24, at which point it’ll revert to its original price ($9.99).


Find Your Words

Capybara Games, the developers of Grindstone and Below, are working on a new game called Find Your Words, a cozy camping game. In Find Your Words, you’ll control a camper using AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) by using their communication binder to interact with other people. Exploring and doing fun camp activities with friends will allow your character to collect new symbols in their communication binder.

Find Your Words is set to release sometime in 2026, and you can wishlist it on Steam now.


Into The Fire

If you’re not a fan of winter, Into The Fire might be the perfect game for you. Being developed and published by Starward Industries, Into The Fire sees you battle a volcanic fire, deal with fire spirits, and try and rescue humans, plants, and animals from said fire. From fire-extinguishing shotguns to seismic scanners, you’ll need to use all the tools at your disposal to fight this inferno. You won’t be fighting a fire all the time, as you can rest and recuperate at your hub to craft tools, upgrades, and uncover the island’s lore.

Into The Fire will be entering Steam Early Access soon and can be wishlisted now.


Mirria

From developer Carl Burton and publisher Mografi comes the atmospheric puzzle game Mirria. In Mirria, players will traverse an unusual world where dreams and reality mix. Players will need to use their memories and uncover anomalies to help solve the puzzles within the game. Mirria features many different biomes, which are all self-contained and can be solved in unique ways, adding replayability to the game.

Mirria doesn’t have a release date yet, but it can be wishlisted on Steam, and Steam users can sign up for a future playtest.


Moomintroll: Winter’s Warmth

If you’re a fan of Tove Jansson’s Moomin stories, you’ll love Moomintroll: Winter’s Warmth, which is being developed by Hyper Games and published by both Hyper Games and Kakehashi Games. Moomintroll: Winter’s Warmth is a cozy puzzle game where Moomintroll has woken up early during his hibernation. Deciding to explore, Moomintroll will venture out into the cold winter’s night to banish it and make some new friends along the way.

Moomintroll: Winter’s Warmth is planned to release in 2026. It can be wishlited on Steam, along with a playable demo.


Rockbeasts

Rockbeasts is an upcoming rock-and-roll management RPG from developer Lichtund and publisher Team17. In Rockbeasts, you’ll act as a manager for a band of misfits and try and help raise them to stardom. To accomplish this, you’ll create setlists, balance funds, and manage the egos of everyone in your band to drag them into the spotlight. Your actions will drive the narrative of Rockbeasts and will see your band either succeed or fail.

Rockbeasts can be wishlisted on Steam, the PlayStation Store, and the Microsoft Store now.


Soundgrass

From Soundgrass Studio comes Soundgrass, a unique game where plants produce sound and also react to it, as well as light. Utilizing unique sound gameplay mechanics, you’ll jump and use your jetpack to get across the planet, all while having sound and light spheres at your control. You’ll use said spheres to interact with the planet and will need to learn and master each plant’s sound gameplay mechanic to survive and solve puzzles.

Soundgrass can be wishlisted on Steam now.


Stretchmancer

Stretchmancer from developer Triangle Wave and publisher Offbrand Games, is an upcoming first-person comedy adventure. You play as the titular Strenchmancer, a hero who has the power of The Stretch! Using the powers of The Stretch, you’ll be able to stretch and squish the world to solve puzzles, reach new areas, and find hidden collectibles! You’ll also meet a cast of weird NPCs such as Walt (your turtle companion) and Casey (your rival). Only you, The Stretchmancer, can defeat the Claustro Empire and bring peace to the galaxy!

Stretchmancer can be wishlisted on Steam now.


The Dungeon Experience

In The Dungeon Experience from developer BONE Assembly and publisher Devolver Digital, you play as an office worker who meets a low-level crab who is trying to help you find financial freedom! The crab will help you escape irritating co-workers and a dead-end office job by taking you on a unique training adventure through a dungeon. In the dungeon, you can find business, romantic, and even platonic partners. With the crab’s help, you’ll be able to rise through the ranks and pass down the financial success he teaches you!

The Dungeon Experience can be wishlisted now and also has a demo available on Steam.


Unshine Arcade

The last game on our Day of the Devs roundup is Unshine Arcade, which is being developed and published by Mardt. Unshine Arcade is an arcade full of secrets, and the only way to escape is to win tickets. Besides trying to escape, you’ll also need to help a sentient virtual pet escape, too. You can earn gacha items that will increase the tickets you can earn while also unlocking new challenges and secrets. The arcade games you play are a mix of roguelite and isometric with progressively harder levels.

Unshine Arcade is planned to release in 2026 and is able to be wishlisted on Steam now. A demo on Steam is also available.


Day of the Devs finale

This concludes our Day of the Devs round-up and many awesome games were shown off! I’ve already added a few of them to my Steam wishlist and am eagerly looking forward to when they release.
