Have you ever just wanted to hit the gas? Tear up the road on an empty highway in the middle of the night? You should probably stick to traffic laws in real life, but there’s a precision platformer to feed that insatiable need for speed. Developed by the makers of Hellboy: Web of Wyrd, Upstream Arcade and published by Weekend Games, Echobreaker is set to release on August 6th, 2026 for the PC via Steam.

In this sci-fi future, speed and power are everything:

Recruited as a pilot for TDS Industries, you have one goal: be the fastest. Jump into the driving seat of their mech combat suit and race through hand-crafted levels to reach the top of the global leaderboard. Access time-saving routes and take down enemies to progress as fast as you can.

There’re many aspects in Echobreaker to reaching max velocity. Key features include:

• Find your perfect line: Test your reflexes and hone your rig mastery. Fracture and manipulate time itself to boost your top speed.
• Can you become number one?: Compete against other players on the global leaderboard, show off your badges to friends or simply compete with your ghost as you try to break both personal and world records across each of the 15 tracks.
• Are you up to the challenge?: Raise the stakes on each level with new challenge modifiers that have you rethinking your lines and beating the best times on a new leaderboard.
• Flow state focus: Step into a sci-fi world drenched in gorgeous neon colour, where every track is something to be solved and mastered.
