The teams at Wristwork and Tiny Dragon are getting ready to drop a cozy exploration simulator called Pigeon: A Love Story, and it’s indeed about finding the “soulmate” for the pigeon you control. What a world we live in, right? Here’s the synopsis for the game, alongside its release date trailer:

“Get ready to search for your soulmate pigeon, solo or with a friend, across five huge, life-sized cities, filled with a true-to-life number of pigeons. The full launch lineup includes London, Paris, Amsterdam, New York, and Tokyo.

Each city will have notable landmarks to discover, rooftops to land on, and millions of pigeons to try and woo as you search for your true love rock dove.”

If this all sounds like, well, a lot, the good news is that while the game drops on August 6th, you can get a demo for it right now. That way, you can see if it’s worth your time, or just gives you another reason to not like pigeons.

The game will also be available on iOS and Android.
