HellSlave II: Judgement of Archon Set to Release August 4th on Steam

There’s something deep and primal within us all that wishes to rage against the demons of Hell. And you have the chance to do just that in studio Ars Goetia‘s and publisher Dear Villagers’ dark fantasy dungeon crawler, HellSlave II: Judgement of Archon, set to release on August 4th, 2026, for PC via Steam.

The press release weaves a Hell of a premise, reading:

“Thousands of years of demonic warfare have torn the world to shreds. Six demon lords, locked in an endless war, have brought ruin to all. Tired of this infernal chaos, the heavens have unleashed the Archon of Judgment, an unstoppable force set to destroy everything.”

It is the player’s goal to put an end to this eternal conflict and defeat all six Demon Lords. Only then can humanity be saved.

For fans of the original HellSlave, it’ll be a happy revelation to learn that combat will remain a core feature in this entry. The Turn-Based Hellslave combat makes its comeback, including improvements and new mechanics without neglecting to take into account each action to balance aggression and survival.

Specifics for this entry include:

  • Six classes available to play, from spectral assassins to plague bearing mages.
  • New demonic powers granted to players that introduce new skills and increase character customization opportunities.
  • Powers and skills chosen through flexible talent trees, and are able to be mixed and matched for your ideal build.

HellSlave II doesn’t just rest on its combat laurels, however. It also includes enticing features such as:

  • Traveling through an immersive top-down overworld.
  • Exploring dungeons, ruined villages, and sanctuaries to take on and complete quests.
  • Uncovering lore and secrets of the world.
  • Discovering a deeper narration in each run of the game.

To embark on your epic adventure to defeat all six Demon Lords, wishlist HellSlave II: Judgement of Archon today! But do remember, while demonic powers await your claim, their use will come at a terrible cost.
