Who doesn’t love a good mystery? There are plenty out there in the gaming space, and there are plenty of ways to tell such potentially horrifying tales. For example, the team at Iceberg Interactive is getting set to launch its point-and-click-style mystery game Allogloom next month. They announced that it’ll drop on Steam on August 13th, so now is the perfect time to wishlist it, if you’re into mystery-filled atmospheric horror titles, that is.
“Across eight chapters, players will explore the meticulously hand- painted streets and hidden corners of Gruesome Grove. They will gather clues, examine the strange relics left behind by the town’svanished residents, and untangle a mystery that spans six worlds.
Beneath its whimsical exterior, Allogloom balances cozy, character-driven exploration with an undercurrent of dread, as Nora learns just how much of her town’s harrowing history is hidden in plain sight. The puzzles are directly interwoven with the town’s lore and its unusual inhabitants, rewarding curiosity and close attention over trial and error.”
Intrigued? We’re not surprised, as there’s plenty of dark charm within this mystery title. However, if you’re still uncertain as to whether to get the game for yourself, you could try out the game’s demo, which has been praised by many who have played it.
