Yes, that’s really the title of the game. Go figure. It’s an idler title mixed with management gameplay that will have you dealing with other people and trying to make them suffer, while climbing your way to the title of CEO! Sound like fun? “Players step into middle management and turn suffering into productivity: review absurd appeals, slam REJECT on petty sinners, hire and assign “imployees,” and grow a ridiculous infernal office from hands-on work into automation. Hit quotas, expand the operation, and climb the corporate ladder toward CEO.

The demo also showcases the game’s stranger side systems, including piñatas that unlock imployee uniforms and a music station where players can record voice lines and combine them into deliberately unbearable performances.”
