First-Person Horror Title Feed It Arrives on Steam

It’s always a good day when a new indie game comes out, and today, we can talk about the psychological horror title Feed It. The game has been in development for a while by the team at Games On A Chair, and now you can see just what they were up to…and then ask what goes on in their heads to make something this…unique… Yeah, it’s best to just let the team itself discuss what’s going on here, so here’s a breakdown and a trailer:

“Inspired by psychological horror classics like Silent Hill and Mouthwashing, FEED IT is based on an unsettling premise: live with an insatiable, ever-hungry monster, as you try to retain your sanity and survive long enough to find a way out! Instead of actively fighting against the monster, you are locked in a symbiotic relationship with it – do as you’re told… or feel its wrath.

But your own needs cannot be ignored, and your choices will have consequences. Do you feed yourself, regaining enough strength to escape, or do you try to sate your guest’s hunger?

Designed as a short-form replayable experience, FEED IT leverages exploration and minimal interactions to get you acquainted with the world around you. As you scour maze-like locations in search of food, FEED IT invites you to make sense of a disturbing experience as it changes around you. Where the hell are you? Who are you? Who’s knocking at the door? And is there a way to leave and get yourself to safety?”

Yep, that’s dark and twisted! The team has been getting plenty of praise about the title since they started showing it off, and now, they can see the full payoff from their work. So, if you’re up for a dark adventure that will test your mind and stomach, you can get the game on Steam now.
