An all-new pressure washing game has made its squeaky clean entrance. This time, with a pixel piggy twist.

Developer Valadria‘s project may intrigue fans of retro games and PowerWash Simulator. Longtime publisher Acclaim‘s Pixel Washer is a cozy, zen-like game where players can blast away grime and upgrade their gear. It centers Pigxel, a hardworking piggy tasked with cleaning various hand-crafted levels, clearing the muck from the pixel art that makes Pixel Washer so special.

The laid-back gameplay also includes a light business tycoon element, allowing you to use the funds garnered from previous levels to upgrade your gear and equipment, or even buy vehicles to get your pixelated porker from place to place. The well-crafted minigames incorporate unique game mechanics, creating a simple yet stimulating gameplay loop.

As the game continues its development, Valadria has graced us with a gameplay trailer, to really get our piggy feet wet. Check it out below! Interested players can enjoy around 30 minutes of gameplay in the demo, currently available on Steam. Acclaim plans to release the game on Steam, Nintendo Switch and Switch 2, though there is no current release date set.
