Food is something we can all agree is amazing, and pizza typically tops the charts regarding what people really love to have more often than not. Pizza Slice is an arcade-style simulator where you own a pizzeria and have to do all you can to keep it running and keep customers happy. The team at Gaming Factory revealed today that a new update has gone live. It’s called “Rebaked,” and it adds more to the title, alongside improving certain things via a patch. You can see the breakdown and a new trailer below:
“In Pizza Slice, players step into the shoes of Tonio, inheriting his grandfather Stefano’s cozy, rundown pizzeria in the heart of New York City. Blending simulation mechanics with high-dexterity arcade action, players run the business manually shopping for ingredients, chopping veggies, rolling dough, and serving hungry clients under intense time pressure.
Running a pizzeria in NYC isn’t just about baking, players must also deal with health inspectors, sabotaging competitors throwing stink bombs, and even the local Mafia.”
As for the “Rebaked” update, here’s what comes from that:
- Complete Co-Op Overhaul: Host and guest synchronization is now seamless. The update fixes broken quest triggers, synchronizes animations, prevents softlocks during events, and disables player collisions for smoother movement around tight kitchen stations.
- Eliminated Game-Breaking Issues: Critical fixes now resolve previous crashing risks, save-file corruption, and day-restart bugs.
- Refined Single Player & Workstations: Improved reaction times when interacting with counters, smoother object grabbing, rebalanced “Turf War” progression, and accurate save/load tracking for ingredients and quests.
- Visual & UI Polish: Fixed scaling, corrected ingredient placement bugs, aligned localization text, and restored missing sound/visual effects.
So, if you’ve been waiting for the game to improve a bit before trying it again, now is the time!
