ESDigital Games to Offer Wide Array of New Games at This Year’s Tokyo Game Show

Global games publisher ESDigital Games comes out swinging to the Tokyo Game Show with a total of seven diverse titles in their lineup this year. Each game is brought to us by a different development team, and each has its own unique style and genre. There really is something for everyone!

  1. Go Slimey Go!

Starting out the list strong is Go Slimey Go!, a 2D precision platformer by a small team comprised of Tembac, Chabbie, Joyacoyco, and Toni Leys. Explore the handcrafted pixel art landscape through the unique physics of a slime (named Slimey, as you may have guessed) to acquire collectibles and discover secrets. ESDigital Games lauds the piece for its high ratings on Steam since its release in December of 2025.

  1. REMEDIUM

Next on the list (and altogether tonally different) is twin-stick shooter REMEDIUM, currently in early access on Steam. Developer Sobaka Studios invites players into a twisted, post-apocalyptic renaissance ravaged by a disease called the Grey Plague, which mutates the relentless waves of enemies you must fight through to survive.

  1. Flying Pigs

Following this is colorful arcade style shoot-’em-up Flying Pigs developed by Smallthing Studios. Set in an alternate version of World War II, rule the skies in both single player and co-op with up to four local players. Bordering on bullet-hell, it’s time to brace yourself for impact! With its release date yet to be announced, you can wishlist the game now on Steam.

  1. Sky of Tides

After this we have Sky of Tides, developed by Lofty Sky Entertainment, Inc. Part narrative exploration game and part RPG, Sky of Tides provides a sci-fi experience with rich plot and character development, and allows its players to explore their own colorful world firsthand. As of now, you can play the demo or add it to your wishlist on Steam.

  1. BattleJuice Alchemist

Fifth on the list is BattleJuice Alchemist, fittingly developed by Alchemical Works and currently up for early access on Steam. An RPG fighter that abandons traditional weaponry, BattleJuice Alchemist serves up potion-brewing madness in a gothic 3D environment.

  1. Steel Seed

Next is a title by the name of Steel Seed, brought to us by developers Storm in a Teacup. Another sci-fi piece, although this time in the form of an action-adventure with an emphasis on stealth. Protagonist Zoe and her robot companion Koby must explore a labyrinthine underground facility crawling with bots as they search for answers regarding the fate of humanity and Zoe’s own past. Steel Seed is currently available for PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, as well as XBOX Series X|S and PlayStation 5.

  1. AWAKEN – Astral Blade

The final item on the list is AWAKEN – Astral Blade by developers Dark Pigeon Games. A Metroidvania at heart, this side-scrolling action game follows the journey of Tania across the dangerous Horace Islands, and the mysterious lost civilization that once inhabited them. Steeped in fast-paced combat, the game is available now for PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, as well as PlayStation 5, with reach expanding to further consoles (including XBOX One and Series X|S, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch) later in the year.

With all this excitement in the air, there’s so much to see and do! All these games and more are coming to the floor of the Tokyo Game Show this year from September 17th to the 21st, at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan.
