S.O.N.A.R. (Submarine Operators Not Actually Ready) Gets Official Release Date Alongside New Trailer

Look, there are certain high-stress jobs that you need to seriously train for before you can even THINK of doing. Being a part of a submarine crew is one such job. You’re a giant steel tube and have to do your best to keep it running smoothly, else you and everyone on board die. So, in S.O.N.A.R. (Submarine Operators Not Actually Ready), you and your co-op buddies will need to work together to keep things going…or else! The game has gotten an official release date from Abylight Studios and will arrive on Steam on October 29th. We also got a new trailer you can check out below, alongside the game’s breakdown:

Team up with your friends to pilot a cutting edge combat submarine through high stakes stealth infiltrations, intense combat operations, and deep sea treasure recovery missions.”

  • 1–4 Player Online Coop: Coordinate your crew to manage complex maritime systems under intense pressure. Use proximity chat, emotes and Intercom, and try not to sink.
  • Game Modes: Engage in high risk salvage operations, combat, and stealth maneuvers. Enjoy several game modes: Campaign, Team Deathmatch 4 vs 4, Survival Mode and Tutorial training.
  • Unlock new uniforms, hats, looks and customize your character.
