Do you have a green thumb? Whether you do or not, why not try your hand at some virtual gardening? Coming to us from off the coast of Swahili, new indie dev stemtoto announced their debut title Good Hands.

A puzzle game themed around taking care of the overgrown garden belonging to the elderly lady next door, developer stemtoto set forth to make something more than just a cozy gardening sim. Creative director Neema Iyer explains:

“Growing up playing video games, I never saw characters or cultures thatspoke to my own childhood… This game is especially close to my heart because it speaks to my own story of migration and to the love and grief that persist across the miles.”

Rich in story and the worldbuilding of the in-game location, Zimzemba, this game seems perfect for those that like to take it slow and grow at their own pace. The game invites its players to fully immerse themselves in the calming sensory experience of gardening that has been curated for them.
