Don’t you just love it when things go the way you hope? Anytime you launch a Kickstarter, you’re putting a lot of faith in not only yourself and your product, but in the HOPE that others will “see the vision” and want to help bring it to life. For the team at Around The Stump Games, they launched the Kickstarter for their plushie-themed tabletop title Button Kingdoms yesterday. Their goal was just under $8000, and they had over 1300 people signed up for the pre-launch page, as we noted the other day.

Fast forward to today, and not only has the campaign been funded, but it got funded in about 15 hours! Not only that, but with less than 200 people pledging so far, 1100 less than the pre-launch numbers, which means more pledges will come, they’re already close to $19,000 raised! $11,000 over their initial goal. In a press release, the team noted:

“THANK YOU SO MUCH! We truly couldn’t have done it without you.”
