Despite its treacherous reputation, there isn’t much proof of the supernatural in the Bermuda Triangle. Stories can usually be chalked up to unpredictable weather and over exaggeration. However, what if there was something there? Something that yearns to drag you deep into its watery depths? Disruptive Games, the team that’s worked on Diablo II: Resurrected and Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2, have now released the co-op extraction looter Wreck Runners for PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.

In this game, you and up to three of your friends are hired by a shady corporation to venture into the Bermuda Triangle:

“Once you arrive, watch your step. It’s not all sandy white beaches and palm trees as you’re put to work lifting heavy and fragile objects as you try to hit your quota. The wildlife looks a lot like lost pilots and supernatural creatures, as the weather verges on unstable rather than sunny, clear skies. But you can handle it, can’t you?”

Your task is to recover loot from this infamous dead zone and return to your all-terrain vehicle, the ORCA, in one piece:

“Wrestle with a general sense of unease and physics as you use your Scrapjack tool to grapple loot – or your teammates – and bring it back to the ORCA. If you and your loot make it out in one piece, the corporation will reward your hard work and you can spend it on improving your equipment or even giving your squad a makeover between runs. Trustwell always rewards its employees, and don’t you forget it.”
